In July 2020, Eco Green Energy partnered with ECOI Energía Solar to complete a significant 500 kW industrial solar project in Huentelauquen, Santiago de Chile. The project utilized EOS Poly 330W panels to contribute to the region’s growing renewable energy efforts. Situated 260 km north of Santiago in the 4th region, this installation represents a step forward in Chile’s commitment to sustainable energy.
Challenge
The primary challenge for this project was the remote location of Huentelauquen, which required meticulous logistical planning to ensure the timely delivery and installation of materials. The area’s unique environmental conditions also posed potential challenges in terms of optimizing energy output and maintaining long-term panel efficiency.
