This installation contributes 2MW of solar power to the city’s growing renewable energy grid. Utilizing Atlas Topcon 585W panels, the project represents a major leap forward in green energy development, bringing clean and sustainable energy to the heart of Palermo. This project showcases our ongoing commitment to renewable energy and further strengthens our collaboration with key partners in the energy sector.
Challenge
The Palermo project faced unique challenges due to the geographical location and urban planning restrictions. The project site required careful consideration for positioning the solar panels to maximize sunlight exposure while maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the area. Additionally, navigating complex local regulations related to energy production and grid integration presented hurdles that required innovative solutions to ensure seamless execution.
Our Solution
Through close collaboration with Solar Depot and StarPower Health & Contract srl, we devised a plan that optimized the placement of the solar panels without compromising the visual appeal of the area.
