Eco Green Energy is a global solar brand originating in France. Our manufacturing and executive operations are now in China and the engineering heart remains firmly in France, Paris. That is where our HQ is and the R&D standards, testing philosophy, and product validation are defined.

Thomas Cros leads this effort from Paris, ensuring that every Eco Green Energy product reflects the rigor, durability, and precision traditionally associated with French engineering.

„A PV system on a roof or inside a factory has to work every single day,” he explains. “Engineering choices have real consequences.”

This mindset has played a key role in shaping Eco Green Energy’s reputation for reliability across demanding markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond — particularly in an industry where competition continues to intensify.

Since joining Eco Green Energy three years ago, Thomas has progressively taken on a broader role within the organization. As his involvement deepened across product development, technical validation, and long-term roadmap planning, his leadership in shaping the company’s engineering direction became increasingly evident — naturally leading him to the role of R&D Director.

Rather than a simple change in title, this evolution marked a clear continuity. Thomas was already defining standards, guiding innovation choices, and safeguarding product integrity across Eco Green Energy’s portfolio.
